As a Social Venture Philanthropist, Swabhimaan-NGO promotes and catalyses universal education among underprivileged children, create the process to embrace these children into mainstream in a sustained manner, facilitate them to emerge as productive assets, and set the NGO for nation building.
Swabhimaan-NGO Foundation is managed by a Board of Advisors which comprises of individuals from diverse backgrounds and expertise. The body is formed for a period of one year and a few independent members with eminence and reputation are nominated each year. Members of this board meet once every quarter.

Er. Vivek Aggarwal is an Alumni of Technological Institute Of Textiles, Bhiwani, 10 years of successful textile corporate world techi and is presently a yarn supplier to textile giants.
Er. Ashok Bhutani is an Alumni of Technological Institute Of Textiles, Bhiwani, 20 years experience in textile processing, is today a dyes and chemical supplier
Er. Tejpreet Singh is an Alumni of Guru Nanak Engineering College, Ludhiana, is a computer wizard and computer supplier and has 10 years of experience in his field

are professionals working with Swabhimaan-NGO and
members of this commitee are Philanthropist and are associated with several Sewa Organizations and have done remarkable Philanthropist works, usually it includes a member from the Board of Advisors.
Mr. Vijay Kalia is a retired bank officer who is president of SBI retired officers association and does philanthropists works with heart.
Smt. Neelam Gupta is a reknowned name in philantropists work and
runs the biggest NGO of punjab viklang Sahayata Kendra , Rishi Nagar, Ludhiana where more than 35 thousans physically handicapped have found limbs.
Er Pradeep Sharda is a industrialist with an eye keen to do philantropist
